By accessing or using Where in Albania ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You may not:
The Premium upgrade is a one-time purchase of €9.99 that provides lifetime access to premium features. Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. All purchases are subject to the respective platform's refund policy.
Premium features include: restaurant/hotel guides, transport info, itineraries, experience guides, shop guides, photo spots, language guide, practical info, weather data, safety tools, help resources, and offline access.
The SOS and Trek Guard features are available to Premium users only. By using SOS features, you acknowledge that: (a) they require internet or cellular connectivity to function fully; (b) GPS accuracy may vary; (c) response is not guaranteed. Where in Albania is not responsible for response times or connectivity issues that may affect emergency response.
We strive to provide accurate destination information, but conditions change. Opening hours, entry fees, and accessibility may differ from what is shown. Always verify critical information before traveling. We are not liable for inaccurate or outdated information.
All content in the App — including destination descriptions, photographs, UI design, and code — is the property of Where in Albania. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
Where in Albania is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including travel decisions made based on information provided.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Account deletion is permanent and removes all saved data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Albania. Any disputes will be resolved in Albanian courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
