When you register, we collect: full name, email address, nationality, and a hashed password.
With your permission, we collect GPS coordinates to show distances to destinations, provide navigation, and in emergency (SOS) situations to send your location to emergency contacts. Location is processed on-device and only transmitted during an active SOS alert.
Premium purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. We receive only a confirmation of purchase status — we do not store card numbers or payment details.
We may collect anonymous usage statistics (screens visited, features used) to improve the app. This data does not identify you personally.

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Railway.app (EU region). Passwords are hashed using bcrypt and never stored in plain text. Authentication tokens are stored securely using device encryption. Destination data is cached locally on your device for offline access.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. SOS alert logs are retained for 90 days for safety and legal reasons. You can delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.
Where in Albania is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email.
